Fresh Guacamole

Classic chunky guacamole with lime, cilantro, and a hint of jalapeño.

Ingredients

  • ·3 ripe avocados
  • ·½ red onion, finely diced
  • ·1 jalapeño, minced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • ·1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • ·1 lime, juiced
  • ·¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ·½ tsp salt, or to taste

Instructions

    Halve and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into a bowl.

    Mash the avocados with a fork, leaving some texture.

    Fold in the onion, jalapeño, tomato, lime juice, cilantro, and salt.

    Taste and adjust salt or lime. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
