Cookies and Cream Cookies

Soft, buttery cookies stuffed with chunks of Oreo and white chocolate chips.

Serves 12 cookies 30 min

Ingredients

  • ·½ cup butter, softened
  • ·½ cup brown sugar
  • ·¼ cup white sugar
  • ·1 egg
  • ·1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ·1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ·½ tsp baking soda
  • ·½ tsp salt
  • ·¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • ·10 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. 3

Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. 4

Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.

  5. 5

Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped Oreos, keeping some larger pieces for texture.

  6. 6

Scoop the dough into balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving room for them to spread.

  7. 7

Press a few extra Oreo pieces on top of each dough ball for a bakery-style look.

  8. 8

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers still look soft.

  9. 9

Let the cookies cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
